Rigorous Credit, Income, and Criminal Screening
Real Property Management Raleigh strives to find reliable tenants who will pay rent on time and care for your property. We require applicants to verify their income and conduct criminal and credit background checks for anyone over 18 in the home. We follow all federal and state regulations to ensure compliance and review eviction histories to prevent issues. As the owner, you will approve the application before we proceed with the lease signing and collect the initial funds.
Tenant Protection Program
Inquire about our Tenant Protection Program, which gives you the option to choose a plan that protects your interests. If your tenant is evicted or breaks their lease early, we will find you a replacement tenant at no cost during the initial lease term.
Cost
The fee for placing a tenant is equal to one month’s full rent. This fee covers all advertising, including pictures, videos, and showings necessary to rent the property. Before tenants move in, we will inspect the property to document its condition. Additionally, there is a $99 setup fee to initiate the process.
